Techniques to create quality in work

In the next few articles, let's see some techniques to create quality in work.

Writing :- By writing we make ourselves clear and committed. Discuss.....throw around ideas....catch the ones you feel are practical. But finally write them  down.
We can organize our thoughts by writing. We can focus on our goals repetitively by writing. We can convey clearly by writing. We can remove emotions by writing....because "Emotions are the muddy waters of intellect." 
Head is not designed by nature to keep information for a long time. The longer you keep it there, it changes into something else and nobody can create stable work out of changing goals and thoughts!
Thats why we should write.
