How to be non-serious in office?

I get a feeling that this may be a very controversial subject :-)
But I cannot avoid it because it is forefront in my mind right now. So I take the liberty of putting across the solution as it appears to me right now.....in my blog ;-)

Let there be more than 1 workplace where you have invested yourself. Probably one for mind but one  more definitely for the heart.....meaning there should be at-least one place where you work heartily!!

My Views on Education

When I use the term education, I tend to define it within certain parameters. This way I keep my discussion on this vast subject limited and focused. Hopefully clear too. So here goes.. Education can become a universal concept, only when it is accepted as an empowering tool universally. For eg I stay in a rural part of India, where the education isnt considered to be so important especially because many of the parents are either farmers or poorly educated.
